This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Lucky Spin ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. By using the site you agree to this policy.

What we collect

• Email address — required to record your spin and send claim instructions.
• Prize records — what you won and when.
• Payment data — handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data — IP, browser type, pages visited, used for fraud prevention and analytics.

How we use it

• To run your spin and deliver your prize.
• To prevent fraud and abuse (rate-limit per email / IP).
• To send you transactional emails (prize claim, purchase confirmation).
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, anti-fraud, age verification).

Who we share it with

We share data only with processors strictly needed to operate the service: payment provider (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), hosting/database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

• Right of access — request a copy of your data.
• Right of deletion — request that we erase your account and prize history.
• Right of rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Right to opt-out of marketing (transactional emails are required to deliver your prize).

Email privacy@luckyspin.app to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We keep your email + prize record for as long as your account is active, and up to 7 years after for tax/legal compliance, then delete it.

Children

Lucky Spin is strictly for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us and we will delete the account immediately.

We use cookies and similar technologies (localStorage) to make the site work and to understand how it's used.
